3. AI-Generated Content
TrimWise may use artificial intelligence to generate meal estimates, workouts, insights, and responses. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing information and using reasonable judgment.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid features may be offered through auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by the platform through which you subscribed, including the Apple App Store. Deleting your TrimWise account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse TrimWise, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected components, upload unlawful content, or use the service to harm another person.
7. Intellectual Property
TrimWise, its visual design, software, branding, and original content are owned by TrimWise LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
8. Availability and Changes
Features may change, be suspended, or become unavailable. We may update these Terms when reasonably necessary. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
TrimWise is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that every estimate, recommendation, or feature will be error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrimWise LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
