Delete your TrimWise account
TrimWise users can permanently delete their account and associated data directly inside the app.
Delete your account in the app
- Open TrimWise and sign in.
- Tap the You tab.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Review the confirmation message and confirm deletion.
Deleting your TrimWise account is permanent and cannot be undone.
Data deleted
When you delete your account, TrimWise deletes the personal data associated with your account, including:
- Your account profile and authentication record
- Nutrition, meal, water, weight, and progress records
- Workout history and fitness preferences
- Progress photos and other images you uploaded
- AI coaching conversations and personalization data
- App preferences and saved content linked to your account
Data that may be retained
Limited records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes. Subscription and purchase records maintained by Apple or Google are controlled by those platforms and are not deleted by TrimWise.
Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before they are overwritten through normal backup rotation.
Subscriptions are handled separately
Deleting your TrimWise account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel your subscription through your Apple ID or Google Play account before deleting your TrimWise account to prevent future renewal charges.
